Ellen Adarna reveal the real reason of her break up with John Lloyd Cruz


The former partner Ellen Adarna and her ex-boyfriend John Llyod Cruz explained that their relationship is now okay compare to their late issues.



That’s why it has become easier for them to be good parents to their son Elias.

As you will know, Ellen admitted that she has been the reason why their relationship failed as a long time partner.



This is after when Ellen suffered from severe d3pr3ssion after giving birth to her son.


“Because I had so many issues na hindi pa na-resolve, I was protecting it on him,” Ellen said in her interview.

After the healing program through Ellen’s medications, She and her ex-boyfriend got along better with each other as of now.



“It took two years for me to heal,” She said.


“I really went on a downward spiral. I really lost it.” She added.



After a difficult pregnancy giving birth to her son Elias, Ellen experienced post-partum d3pr3ssion. (Post-Partum D3pression is typically arising from the combination of hormonal changes, psychological adjustment to motherhood, and fatigue.)



“I didn’t know what I was supposed to feel”

As she explained her situation, she had always wanted to have a baby but he didn’t understand what she was filled with sadness.



It was also around this time that she was dealing with a very public relationship better than her past.

“You know, we weren’t compatible, obviously, that’s why we broke up. Of course, any normal break up hurts. You want things to work,”



“Now I’m in a very good place. I can say I’m 100% okay. I feel my environment changed,” She added.



For Ellen, her son is the biggest reason why she helped herself to resolve her problem and issues about her past relationship.
