Vice Ganda’s camp offer to TV 5 is reportedly rejected.
It was reported that Vice Ganda’s camp, negotiated with TV5 amid the franchise issue of ABS-CBN.
Vice Ganda’s handler talked to TV5 about his possible transfer to the network.
But allegedly, Manny V. Pangilinan denied the offer due to the expensive talent fee that Vice’s camp is asking.
Philstar reported that the talent fee being asked by the camp of Vice was P3-M a month for a once a week show.
Vice previously has a weekend show on ABS-CBN, Gandang Gabi Vice, which ran for almost nine years.
Meanwhile, rumors spark that the failed negotiation between Vice and TV5 was the reason for the Phenomenal Box-office Star to launch its own channel on the digital platform.
The channel was titled after his name, the “Vice Ganda Network”.
He already conquered television, the movies, and even the world of cosmetics. Now, Vice Ganda is set to open his own network.
His website Vice Ganda Network will have exclusive access to anything and everything about Vice Ganda.
“Know the latest Vice News, get some Vice Beauty tips, get a chance to win some Vice giveaways, join the fun Vice Games and get to watch the latest Vice videos”—these and more are the things there, according to a statement.
The comedian is one of the most followed celebrities in the country. His Instagram account alone has 9.3 million followers.
Aside from the talk show “Gabing Gabi na Vice,” the comedian’s network will also showcase a 10-episode sitcom, an interactive game show, a karaoke challenge, and documentaries.
Viceganda.com.ph will start grinding on Friday, July 24. Its initial guest list includes internet sensations Sunshine Guimary and Donnalyn Bartolome, along with Candy Pangilinan and other Viva artists.
