Recently, Its Showtime host Anne Curtis asked the reporters and press people to stop asking her about pregnancy.
During a press conference for the 10th anniversary of Its Showtime, Anne was asked about the topic yet again, ABS-CBN News reports. She then asked the press to stop asking women about marriage and having children.
Since her wedding with food blogger Erwan Heussaff in 2017, Anne Curtis has been repeatedly asked about her plans to have a baby. However, Anne is in no hurry at all to get pregnant.
“I think I should take this opportunity [to say] that the press should stop asking that to any woman because you don’t know what they’re going through,” Anne said. “For me, it will happen in God’s time, and I think at any time I’m ready for it. But I’m speaking for every woman. You don’t know what they’re going through.”
Anne continued, “I have a lot of friends who may be trying, and medyo nakakasakit when people keep asking them, ‘When are you going to have a baby?’ Maybe they just don’t want to have a baby.
“I hope you guys don’t take this the wrong way, but I think in respect to every woman, you should stop asking when they’re going to get married, why don’t they have a baby, or when they are going to have a baby.”
However, some netizens and viewers of Its Showtime were noticing Anne having a quite big tummy especially when it wears a dress. But the host hadn’t confirmed anything nor answer any of these questions after her interview.
But wait! It seems Anne has something to say to all of her followers.
Just today on her Instagram account, Anne posted a video of her and Erwan which looks like a teaser for an event.
She captioned her post, “I think you should know something… Another reason to love November.” She tagged her husband on her post.
What made the video more exciting and shocking?
Anne happily showed off her tummy, which is much bigger and a tummy of a pregnant woman.
Yes, she’s pregnant! This is also proven by the congratulatory messages flown on her post.
Her friends of the showbiz industry including Bea Alonzo, Mariel Padilla, Angelica Panganiban, Charlene Gonzales and more expressed their happiness for the couple.
